Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box Contents

What’s in the Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box? Is it worth it? In this article, we’ll cover exactly what comes inside the Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box and whether or not you should buy one.

There are four variations of the Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box: two standard versions and two Pokemon Center exclusive versions. Though the elite trainer box contents are similar for each variant, there are some differences worth noting here.

Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box Contents

The Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box can have one of two artworks, each featuring four of the Eevee-lutions. One features artwork of Flareon, Jolteon, Umbreon, and Leafeon. The other features artwork of Glaceon, Vaporeon, Sylveon, and Espeon.

Both of these ETBs contain the same quantity of contents with the only difference being which Pokemon are featured on the card sleeve, coins, and color of the dice. Those particular products will reflect the images and colors of the featured Eeveelutions on the package.

So what do you get in an Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box? It includes:

  • 8 Evolving Skies booster packs
  • 65 card sleeves featuring Eevee’s Evolutions (same as on the box)
  • 45 Pokémon TCG Energy cards
  • A player’s guide to the Sword & Shield Evolving Skies expansion
  • A Pokémon TCG rulebook
  • 6 damage-counter dice (colors match the colors on the box)
  • 1 competition-legal coin-flip die
  • 2 acrylic condition markers

Is The Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box Worth It?

Yes, both versions of the Evolving Skies Elite Trainer Box is worth buying for collectors and players alike. That’s not to say it’s for all people, but if you fit within one of the following categories this product is absolutely for you:

  1. You are new to the Pokemon TCG and are looking for a product that will provide you the gameplay accessories you need to start playing the game
  2. You like the Eeveelutions and/or the Evolving Skies set
  3. You collect Pokemon Elite Trainer Boxes and want to add this one to your collection

If you are buying this for the booster packs, there are more cost effective ways to obtain Evolving Skies booster packs. I’d recommend purchasing single packs or buying a Vivid Voltage booster box if you’re looking for the best cost per booster pack.
